Refund & Cancellation Policy

Vizzint Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent refund process for all LingooLeap users.
1. Subscription Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by writing to arul@edsols.in.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will continue to have access until then.
- No further charges will be made after cancellation.
2. Refund Eligibility
- Refund requests raised within 7 days of the initial purchase date are eligible for a full refund, provided the service has not been substantially used.
- Requests raised after 7 days are not eligible for a refund.
- Partial refunds for mid-cycle cancellations are not applicable.
3. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Subscriptions that have been actively used beyond the onboarding phase.
- Renewal charges where cancellation was not submitted before the renewal date.
- One-time add-on purchases or consultation fees.
4. How to Request a Refund
Email us at arul@edsols.in with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:
- Your registered email address
- Order ID / Transaction ID (available in your payment confirmation email)
- Reason for refund
5. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Razorpay may take additional processing time depending on your bank.
