Refund & Cancellation Policy

Vizzint Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent refund process for all LingooLeap users.

1. Subscription Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by writing to arul@edsols.in.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will continue to have access until then.
  • No further charges will be made after cancellation.

2. Refund Eligibility

  • Refund requests raised within 7 days of the initial purchase date are eligible for a full refund, provided the service has not been substantially used.
  • Requests raised after 7 days are not eligible for a refund.
  • Partial refunds for mid-cycle cancellations are not applicable.

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Subscriptions that have been actively used beyond the onboarding phase.
  • Renewal charges where cancellation was not submitted before the renewal date.
  • One-time add-on purchases or consultation fees.

4. How to Request a Refund

Email us at arul@edsols.in with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:

  • Your registered email address
  • Order ID / Transaction ID (available in your payment confirmation email)
  • Reason for refund

5. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Razorpay may take additional processing time depending on your bank.
