Vizzint Technologies Pvt. Ltd. offers purely digital products and services through the LingooLeap platform. There is no physical product involved.
1. Digital Delivery
- Upon successful payment, access to your purchased plan or subscription is activated immediately.
- Login credentials or access instructions will be sent to your registered email address within a few minutes of payment confirmation.
2. No Physical Shipping
- Vizzint does not ship any physical goods.
- No courier, logistics, or postal service is involved in the delivery of our services.
3. Access Issues
If you do not receive access within 30 minutes of a successful payment, please contact us at arul@edsols.in with your Order ID / Transaction ID from your payment confirmation email.
4. Service Availability
- LingooLeap is accessible via web and mobile.
- We aim for 99.9% uptime. In the event of scheduled maintenance, users will be notified in advance.
