1. About the Service

LingooLeap is an AI-powered digital therapeutic platform developed by Vizzint Technologies Pvt. Ltd. for early speech and language development in children aged 1–6 years. The platform is intended to support — not replace — clinical therapy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a parent, guardian, or licensed clinician to create an account on LingooLeap.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate information during registration and keep it updated.
• You are responsible for all activities under your account.

4. Payments

• All payments are processed securely through Razorpay.
• Subscription fees are charged as per the selected plan at the time of purchase.
• Prices are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and technology on the platform are the exclusive property of Vizzint Technologies Pvt. Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written permission.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Misuse the platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or tamper with the platform.
• Upload or transmit harmful, offensive, or misleading content.

7. Limitation of Liability

Vizzint Technologies Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
